Google analytics is a platform that provides me with information about how visitors use my website. Google analytics collects non-personal identification information like demographic information or technical information about visitors way of connecting with my website. I retain this data for legitimate interest. Google is fully GDPR compliant.
Dropbox
Dropbox is a platform to provide online hosting of data. In order to send you your photos electronically I have to store your photos on this platform. The use of your email address will be required to deliver your Dropbox photos to you. I also use this platform as my external hard drive to store and back up your photos. Dropbox is fully GDPR compliant.
Pixieset
Pixieset is an online gallery. I use this service to provide you with a password protected online gallery of your images. In order to access the gallery and download the photos you will have to privide Pixieset with your email address. Pixieset won’t contact you for any reason on this email address. This data is collected in order for me to view who accessed the gallery. I retain this data for legitimate interest. Pixieset is fully GDPR compliant.
How long we retain your data and how we keep it safe
In order to provide you with my photographic services I take and store photographs taken at the event contracted by you. I store this photographs for as long as my hard discs are functional.I might store your photographs on Dropbox, Pixieset Gallery, Encrypted Hard Drives and Password protected laptop and mobile.
If you wish me to remove the photographs please notify me of your wish by an email.

for as long as I deem necessary. The data is retained for legitimate business.
I keep them as soft copy of emails, contracts, invoices on my password protected computer and mobile phone. If hard copies of the documents are produced I make all my best to keep them secure and do not intentionally misplace them or leave behind. If you wish me to delete your personal data from my system please notify me by email.
What rights you have over your data
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You and every person photographed by Slawa Walczak might withdraw at any moment consent of a photograph in which they appear to be displayed. Please notify me of your request by email specifying the photo in question.
