Cockdurno Farm Wedding Photography Edinburgh Scotland
This wonderful wedding in Scotland is for sure in my top 5 Best Weddings Ever. There are many reasons for that. Let me list some.
Number 1. It was based in Scotland. I have never ventured so much up North of London in my life. It was my first time. But I got hooked. I got hooked on Scotland as it is full of wonderful people and beautiful views. I mean in Edinburgh and in the Highlands. I can’t wait to go back ! Oh yes, I also got hooked on the Outlander series now :)
Number 2. It was an Outdoor Farmhouse wedding. Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, in between fields. Where even a taxi driver wasn’t sure if we are heading to the right place. Peace and quiet. ( Cockdurno Farmhouse is located in Balerno not that extremely far from Edinburgh tho. ) How wonderful .The Humanist ceremony was held on the court yard , on the open. With midday sun keeping us warm in a windy Scotland.
Number 3. This wedding was very informal and relaxed. For my lovely couple, Yashodha and Dennis the most important thing was for sure to enjoy themselves, and have quality time with family and friends. This was the emphasis of the day. And I loved that. They wanted to talk, mingle, laugh and sit with their guests. Nothing more. This was pure and wonderful.
And last but not least Number 4. Everyone at this Cockdurno Farm Wedding Photography Edinburgh Scotland was super friendly and lovely. Yashodha, Dennis, their family friends. The Lady Celebrant and the staff of the Cockdurno Farmhouse. We can play a game here called spot the bride without a smile on her face. This lady looked like a happiest bride ever !
I dont think I need to add anything else. Or maybe a word or two about the Scottish Ceilidh – Kaylee dancing at the end of the party. It was fun and it was very entertaining to watch guests who were even more confused than me as to what was going on . I felt relived that I didn’t have to participate, ha ha.
Cockdurno Farm Wedding Photography Edinburgh Scotland was a blast. I am crossing my fingers for getting another opportunity of photographing a wedding in Scotland and thanking Yashodha and Dennis for giving me this one.

Beautiful photographs of a beautifully, celebratory but relaxed day! Dennis and Yashoda were wonderful to work with, and it was a real pleasure being their Celebrant.
They helped to create a very personal and meaningful ceremony, and their love for each other simply radiated like the sun!
I enjoyed every minute of it, and it looked like they and their guests did too!
